My name is Coach Amber and I have over 20 years experience as a coach. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Sport Nutrition Specialist for 8 years now and implement all of this information into the programs I create for my clients.
I have years of experience as a competitive athlete and know what it takes to compete at the World Level. I am currently a World Champion Powerlifter and hold 8 World Records. This also means I know how to fuel my body and program my training to take me to that elite level.
I spent 7 years in the Army, where I developed Training Programs for my fellow soldiers' Physical Fitness Testing and wrote briefs on Nutrition for our Iron Warrior Team.
